With strict laws regarding surrogacy and egg donation, our multi-cultural and multi-lingual case managers (fluent in Spanish, Chinese, German, Italian, and French) help us break the barriers faced by our domestic clients and by our international clients coming to the United States. With over a decade of experience during a time where IVF has advanced both technologically and socially, our organization's dedication and emotional connection to every client we help, provides our Egg Donors, Gestational Surrogates and Intended Parent clients with the security of care and understanding. Our professional Case Managers coordinate IVF cycles with IVF Clinics and facilitate the relationships between our Intended Parent clients, our Donors and our Surrogates. We arrange medical and psychological appointments, coordinate communication between physicians and their staff.

We maintain an exclusive egg donor database and retain unrivaled surrogate mothers, all while minimizing the risks of your most precious investment. Diversity Fertility has been making families a reality since 2009 and has excellent references available upon request.
As trained professionals, our team ensures that our Surrogate and Egg Donor Programs operate according to our code of “Do the right thing for the right reason!” They are involved from the beginning of the process to provide informed consent, education, and supportive counseling to intended parents, egg donors, and surrogates. Having our professional team allows us the unique ability to provide the highest level of multi-service care throughout the entire process.
Our experienced Case Managers provide all aspects of our initial screening and thoroughly guide all Egg Donors, Surrogates and Intended Parents through the entire registration and application process. Our Case Managers verify transcripts, records, and medical history to ensure applicants are educated regarding the surrogacy and egg donation process before presenting to our Intended Parent clients.
Once each surrogate and egg donor has completed their pre-screening process and are ready to move forward, our Case Managers facilitate medical appointments, coordinating travel, and offer support throughout the entire process.
